FAQ and Basic Policies

How do I make an appointment?
By email, check contact page of site.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. No Exceptions. An emailed invoice will be sent to you via email.

Why do I need to do a deposit?
This secures your time slot for the appointment. 

Is my deposit applied to the tattoo appointment?
Yes, it is applied to the final session of the piece it was sent for.

Is my deposit refundable?
I do not issue refunds on deposits. No exceptions.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
I require a two week notice in order for the deposit to be transferred, and I'll only make the exception once.

What if I am late?
Communication is key in the tattoo industry. If you’re late please communicate with me as soon as possible. If you are over 30 minutes late with no discussion, you'll either lose your appointment and deposit or be charged for that time.

When will I hear back about scheduling?
I do my best to respond within 2-3 business days. All emails will be responded to within the week. Don't forget to check your spam folder!

When will I receive my design?
You will not receive the design prior to your appointment date. If any changes need to be made, it'll be taken care of day of.

 

I am under that age of 18, can I still get tattooed?

       I do not tattoo minors. Even if your parent is present with a notarized consent form.

​    Please note, I retain the right to deny any tattoo or client that is offensive or disrespectful.
