Include the following to expedite the process:
- Phone Number
- Preffered Pronouns 
- Description of what you'd like tattooed. This includes concept, style, color vs. black and grey.
- Days and times of the week that work best for you.
- Any reference photos you have regarding the concept or style.
- A photo of the area to be tattooed with measurements.

Once you've sent over all of your info, I will review the concept, send my thoughts on the piece, and we can go over dates from there.
